Stark County Safety Council is named "2007 Safety Council of the Year" click for details
WELCOME
The Stark County Safety Council is one of over 70 safety councils in Ohio which is made up of local companies dedicated to the safety of their employees. Regular meetings are held to examine and resolve potential and existing safety problems. The Council informs participants about new safety techniques, products and services.
In conjunction with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Division of Safety and Hygiene, the Council directs safety campaigns throughout the county to promote a greater interest in the prevention of occupational accidents and disease. Participating companies with the highest safety records during the year are honored at the annual awards banquet.
